FogHorn is a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), combining the power of FogHorn’s Lightning™ Edge Intelligence solution with AWS for cloud infrastructure and cloud-hosted data science and machine learning (ML). At the edge, FogHorn Lighting’s Complex Event Processor (CEP) simultaneously performs complex pattern recognition with multiple streams of high volume and high frequency sensor data which allows real-time closed loop control actions to be taken, and to align all the streaming sensor data for ML and deep learning (DL) inferencing. This approach delivers high fidelity, low latency analytics at the industrial edge, creating real-time, actionable insights for greater operating efficiencies including uptime, yield, and energy savings.

The GE Predix edge software connects to Predix Cloud services, hosted by AWS cloud.

FogHorn’s edge intelligence software is integrated into Predix Edge, and FogHorn Manger and associated services are integrated into Predix Cloud, hosted by AWS. Predix Cloud services leverage different AWS Availability Zones to support customers across the globe, as well as provide high availability and reliability. A number of services like Predix Time Series DataBase, Edge Manager and UAA are deployed in AWS cloud.
